These General Terms of Contribution define the terms and conditions under which users can make financial contributions to the Nomadéa project through the website www.mynomadea.com.
The contribution made on the platform does not constitute a financial investment, a capital participation, or a regulated product within the meaning of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). It is a voluntary support for the project, possibly accompanied by non-financial rewards.
The contribution in no way guarantees any financial return. The contributor acknowledges that their commitment may involve a risk of partial or total loss.
Nomadéa undertakes to allocate the collected funds exclusively to the financing of the project described on the website. Periodic reporting will be provided to contributors.
In accordance with regulations, contributors have a 14-day period from the date of contribution to request a refund. After this period, no request can be accepted.

Nomadéa shall not be held responsible in the event of circumstances beyond its control (natural disaster, strike, war, health crisis, etc.).
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of French Polynesia. In the event of disagreement, an attempt at amicable mediation will be proposed before any legal action.
